• Feedback on the same day, but you can make the hire/no-hire decision the next day
• Dive into resume: depends, the candidate may have forgotten the old stories
• Add follow-up questions for the tech interview, especially for the common algorithm questions
• CS fundamentals can be useful sometimes: OOP, thread, concurrent (depends on the team)
• Feedback format: Summary, Pros, Cons, Does the candidate fit another team/role, Additional details: code etc
• If the candidate is higher level than the interviewer, ask ambiguity questions
• We need to root for the candidate
